Chris Soan started with a BA Honours in Finance. He is an FCA BFP ICAEW Qualified Chartered Accountant.
He is also Associate Dean of Education, previously the Director of Education at Newcastle University Business School and Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance.

AA | Davinia McGann | ACCA Tutor
Davinia started with a BSc in Financial and Business Economics. She is an FCA BFP ICAEW Qualified Chartered Accountant.

James has an exceptionally well-rounded profile. He started off with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. He is also a Chartered Certified Accountant!
He has a very well-established qualified teacher status with 23 years of experience teaching financial accounting across ACCA and CIMA qualifications. James is known for making the most complex financial topics seem simple and intuitive.

He currently works as a freelance lecturer, tutor and writer, lecturing at Reed Business School and marking for professional accounting bodies.
